We pride ourselves in the turn around time for Carry in service repairs. Average 2-3 day turnover for most services. We also have an emergency priority response service, a 2 hour response time for service (call 07 5476 8888 for details)

Valet greeting service - a technician to carry your PC from the car.

Easy to understand explanation of your APC diagnositic report, so you understand the solution for your computer problem.

We will respond promptly and we'll have you back in working order either the same day or the next day in most cases, because we know how important is for you to have your computer running.

Carry in service, diagnosis $44 up front fee.

If approval given for diagnostic quotation this fee will be put towards the repair quote.

Emergency priority onsite 2 hr response service (1 hr inc onsite) $165

Emergency priority workshop benchtest on arrival $88 up front fee.

What to bring for your carry-in service:

• For repairs: the faulty computer part/tower and/or other troublesome equipment. Please Note, Unless you're having specific trouble with them don't bring the monitor, keyboard, mouse or printer or power cables for your tower unless you have had a power surge to the tower.
• For other services: the computer equipment that is affected. Contact APC with questions.
• Any software that came with your computer, which includes the operating system CDs or diskettes.

If you are having trouble with specific software:

• Bring in the faulty software CDs or diskettes
• Bring in your computer tower
• Any backups of software that is necessary for data recovery
