Located on the top of Buderim in Queensland, APC Helpline Computers is based in a central location centered in the middle of the Sunshine Coast, which means, that we can respond quickly to all areas of the Sunshine Coast - From Caloundra to Noosa servicing all PC's, personal, home & business. We provide on-site and workshop repair services for homes and small business in ALL areas of the sunshine coast.

• emergency priority response we can also offer a 2 hour response emergency response service for a fee

• unplug, pickup & drop off to your door, for the busy bees who cannot deliver the PC to us, a delivery service will come to you
• diagnostic fee for carry in service, a rate will apply of $44 inc GST, if approval given for diagnostic quotation this fee will be waived.
• flat low rates for carry in service available for most of the repairs; rather than give you a vague quote, we always let you know how much the repair will cost, before work commences, no matter how long it takes us! Carry in services, a rate will apply of $44 inc GST for a diagnostic report.
• 24/7 availability we are opened when most of the guys are closed; we work on evenings and weekends, too.
• 7 days work warranty labour on all repairs or installations is warranted for a period of 7 days.
