On-site service - For your convenience, APC professionals technicians can come to your home location to assist you with your computer needs. There is an additional travel fee for some areas for this service, contact APC for details

Quick time response - we can be at your place, anywhere on the Coast, within 48 hours or less. We troubleshoot, diagnose, build, service, maintain and repair all IBM and compatible PC Hardware & Software inc. (DELL, HP, COMPAQ, IBM, ACER, ASUS, SONY, TOSHIBA, GATEWAY)

One hour minimum, no callout fee for local areas* $80 / hour*

*Price excludes GST (10% applies). Hinterland, Noosa, Caloundra incur a $44 callout fee.

To prepare for your on-site appointment:

• Have your computer operating system CDs or diskettes (e.g. Windows 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP, Mac OS), as well as for the APC technician.
• Is the computer equipment accessible for the APC technician? Is the department door locked? Does the technician need to ask for a specific contact upon arrival? Let the service manager know when making your on-site appointment when you contact us on (07) 5476 8888.
